New Equipment

Air & Hydraulic Power Centre will render assistance as is necessary to ensure that the customer receives the manufacturer's warranty on new equipment sold by Air & Hydraulic Power Centre.

Repairs, Rebuilds and Overhauls

Air & Hydraulic Power Centre warrants repairs, rebuilds and overhauls for a period of 3 months after shipment from Air & Hydraulic Power Centre to the extent of the work done by Air & hydraulic Power Centre.

The following is specifically excluded from our warranty:

• Failures arising from misuse or neglect of the equipment
• Failures arising from misuse or neglect of the equipment
• Failures intrinsic to the original design of the equipment.
• Failures not attributable to workmanship where the customer has mandated a specific manner of repair
• Failures on equipment where Air and Hydraulic Power Centre has specifically informed the Customer that we will not accept warranty on the work requested.

Items covered by this warranty are to be returned to Air & Hydraulic Power Centre by the Customer. Air & Hydraulic Power Centre will supply the labour and material to rectify the defect.

Air & Hydraulic Power Centre's Warranty excludes consequential or incidental damage resulting from the failure of the equipment.
