AHPC will provide a quotation for the above-mentioned works as agreed upon by the customer. Quoted works require written approval, purchase order and/or payment up-front prior to commencement of work. Any cancellations following an approval may incur an admin fee and/or restocking fee to cover any parts ordered.

Should any work not be approved for repair (or should the tool become beyond economical to repair) an inspection fee shall apply based on the tooling and labour hours to date. Any tooling which has been stripped as part of the initial works can be disposed by AHPC at no extra charge or returned to the customer in “as is” condition.

Delivery to and from AHPC can be arranged at the customers expense and shall be advised at the time of request. Fee’s applicable shall be agreed upon by the customer and the AHPC representative at this time.

Lead time for works (including delivery) are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.
